We have immediate requirements for a Motion Graphics video designer, who will work from home on a project basis and coordinate with our team, video producers, and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create motion graphics video content for educational purposes. If the first project turns out well, we can club him/her on our team.

• Creating and delivering motion graphics video on the given audio-visual script
• Working with art and creative teams to select images, colors, animation style, etc. for graphic design
• Edit images and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
• Talk with editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues
• Deliver the project within the given time frame

• A degree/diploma in Design or a related field.
• Prior 0-1 year experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a portfolio of sample projects.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects (knows each tool efficiently) and basic Adobe Photoshop & illustrator.
• Good internet bandwidth in the workplace.

You should have an exceptional sense of design, layout, color, and usability. You can design a wide range of Characters and easily adapt to different illustration styles. You will illustrate the script in 2D with animation assets, plan shots and draw panels to demonstrate action and maintain continuity between scenes.
